Stacked is a fun and unique breakfast restaurant in Logan. There is one main breakfast item on the menu: pancakes!
The owners of this restaurant got their start at Cache Valley Gardners’ Market in 2010. For six years they sold delicious homemade pancakes until 2017 when they opened a brick and mortar restaurant on Main Street to Logan.

It’s not just the people of Cache Valley who are falling in love with these pancakes. Stacked’s pancakes captured national attention.
In fact, Stacked was named by Reader’s Digest as serving the best pancakes in Utah.
When visiting Stacked, you will be greeted by a simple restaurant with colorful booths and tables and amazing smells.
All pancakes are made to order. The batter is homemade and created in small batches, ensuring the highest quality for each cake.
The menu is divided into stacks of sweet and savory pancakes.
There are several sweet options on the menu and you’ll find everything from banana pie pancakes to lemon poppyseed pancakes with homemade lemon glaze. No syrup is needed on this stack of pancakes!

Salty Stacks feature some pretty crazy creations. Turkey pesto, for example, includes homemade pancakes smothered in pesto sauce and topped with grilled turkey, provolone cheese, and tomatoes.
The pancake sandwich is known as The Stu and includes ham, egg and cheese between two large homemade pancakes.

If you want to create your own crazy pancake, go for it! There is a list of sweet and savory toppings you can add to your own stack.

Just make sure you don’t forget a cup of Ibis coffee or hot chocolate with your crepe creation of choice.
