Massive breakfast and brunch franchise Pure & Simple is taking the country by storm, and they won’t be stopping anytime soon.
The popular Canadian restaurant chain continues to open a ton of new locations across Canada. Their new location opens June 14e at the Stone Square Center in Guelph, near the intersection of Stone Rd W and Edinburgh Rd S.
As part of its grand opening celebration, the new restaurant will offer the first 25 guests on opening day a free meal (value up to $20)! This offer includes food and does not include beverages. Mark your calendars, doors open at 7 a.m. on June 14e.
Pür & Simple’s fame is its reinvented breakfast™ menu, which offers a unique touch on breakfast and brunch classics as well as creative fusions that are as breathtaking as they are delicious.
Although primarily known for breakfast and brunch, their lunch menu offers burgers, wraps, sandwiches and even steak tacos. As for drinkstheir state-of-the-art Nespresso machine produces amazing specialty coffees, and their fresh orange juice is pressed in-house daily – or mix things up with something from their smoothie bar or a wide selection of cocktails.
Not only do the dishes feature a beautiful Instagram-worthy aesthetic, but the restaurant itself has a simple luxury vibe that makes it one of the coziest places to enjoy a mid-morning meal with friends, family and relatives.
Everything looks delicious on the Pür & Simple menu, but these five dishes in particular are a must-try:
5. Crispy French Toast
Panko breaded French toast garnished with blueberries, raspberries, custard, raspberry coulis, whipped cream and fresh mint. Pür & Simple’s artisan version of French Toast offers a sweet sweet taste with a satisfying crispy texture.

Embrace the Canadian spirit with this traditional breakfast of two eggs with bacon, sausage, ham and your choice of crepe, French toast, pancake or half-waffle.
3. Carole’s Cinna-Cakes
Three buttermilk cinnamon swirl pancakes topped with icing, caramel and whipped cream. Once you’ve tasted the soft, fluffy texture of buttermilk pancakes, you’ll never want regular thin pancakes again!
2. Ray’s Extravagance
Bacon, sausage, ham, red and green peppers, red onions, tomatoes, cheddar, Swiss, provolone and Hollandaise sauce. This truly extravagant dish is served hot and fresh straight from the pan.
1. Cinnabar
Topping the list of must-try dishes is the restaurant’s signature Cinnabacon: a cinnamon-glazed danish stuffed with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar, Swiss cheese and provolone. One bite and you’ll be in sweet and savory heaven.
The new Guelph location joins a family of more than 30 restaurants across Canada, with a total of 55 locations planned by the end of 2023.
