A location and opening date are yet to be confirmed for the city’s latest seafood spot, but Instagram followers have speculated the Fat Lobster could pop up in the former home of an old favorite. Glasgow seafood company, The Mussel Inn – the popular city center spot at 157 Hope Street has sadly been forced to close during the pandemic, leaving patrons devastated.
Social media posts also suggest the Fat Lobster is “coming soon”, bringing an oyster bar to town, while promoting and serving sustainable Scottish seafood in the heart of Glasgow.
